Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use the World Cup 2026 Organizer mobile application (the "App").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed to run entirely offline, prioritizing user data security by storing your collection progress locally on your device.

1. Information We Collect

A. Sticker Collection Data

All data created or modified while using the App is kept strictly on your device. This includes:

  • Sticker Collection Progress: Stickers collected, sticker numbers marked as missing, and group stats.
  • App Preferences: Language selection (English, Português, Español, Deutsch).

This information is stored in a local SQLite database and is never uploaded to any external server.

B. Device Permissions Used

To provide its core features, the App requires the following permissions:

  • Camera (CAMERA): Used solely to scan partner QR codes when utilizing the offline sticker trading feature. All QR code scanning is performed entirely on-device; no images, videos, or scan feeds are stored, uploaded, or shared.
  • Internet & Network State: Used to fetch national flags, download sticker statistics, and load Google AdMob advertisements.

2. Data Storage and Processing

All application data is stored locally in your device's private sandboxed storage within a secure SQLite database file.

  • No collection data is transmitted to our servers.
  • Uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently delete your local collection progress.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob: We display advertisements on the dashboard using Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use information (such as device identifiers, advertising ID, or IP address) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your visits to this and other apps/websites.

You can learn more about how Google manages data in its ad products by visiting: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

4. Children’s Privacy

Since the App does not collect any personal information, it is fully compliant with COPPA and GDPR requirements. We do not knowingly target or collect data from children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
